this snippet only warnings the users or ops in channel if there is a spammer in the channel..
this script still works even you're not an op in a channel

oh, and sorry if my english is not really good,,,

this simple snippet make someone who not @ in channel to telling the 'virus' automatically, so they can warning all the users channel and ops to kick the 'virus' from it. lol

well, i\'m thinking this script is too long and i know if it can be more simple, but as far as i made, this one is the simplest one,,,,,

if anyone can make it more simple, plz help me!
